Kathleen E. Roughen Frost, 77, died Saturday, September 8, 2007 at Tybee Island surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Frost was born in Savannah, the daughter of the late James E. and Gertrude Lacey Roughen. She was a graduate of Commercial High School and was of Catholic Faith.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Willard Scott Keeran and Norman E. Frost; sisters, Mary Sigmon, Anne Mullen, Gertrude Roughen and Elizabeth Watson and brother, James E. “Bubba” Roughen. She is survived by her son, George Keeran and his wife Donna of Tybee Island; son, Scott Keeran of Gainesville, FL; grandchildren, Holley Kent, Jamie Keeran, Meredith Keeran and Matthew Keeran; great grandson, Brendan Cail and sister, Patricia Anderson of Savannah and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation: 6:00 – 8:00 Tuesday at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Islands Chapel.

Graveside Funeral Service: 9:30 A.M. Wednesday at Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park with The Rev. Patrick O’Brien officiating.
